What is an Ex Demo Machine? These are machines that have been used for display purposes in our showroom or demonstration days with customers. They have had very little (if any use) and these machines are all tried and tested through our workshop before despatch. An ex demo machine may have light scratches or some very limited signs of wear and tear consistent with a few hours of use. They all come with a full manufacturer warranty. EGO have been designing cordless garden tools for several years in the USA with great success. Their 56v batteries are comparable in power to petrol engines but without the emissions. Battery powered gardening tools provide the user with the freedom to work without cables and dont produce any exhaust fumes. They are also a lot quieter to operate which is a must in a domestic setting.All EGO garden equipment can be used with any of the 56v batteries from their range. They range in power from 2Ah 7.5Ah. The higher Ah (amp hours) the more energy charge there is in a battery and the longer it will power a machine. The EGO EA0800 lawn edging attachment will give a clean line and finish to lawn edges. The attachment is easy to handle around borders as it has a guide line for cutting straight edges. The skirt protects the user from any debris that is thrown up. The EA 0800 attachment has a 20cm, 3mm thick blade which can be depth adjusted from 64 100 mm. The EGO lawn edger multi-tool attachment slips easily into the coupling on the power unit (not included) where it locks into place. Specifications
