This slatted fence panel is constructed from rounded horizontal slats, mounted to both the front and rear of vertical battens. Built to last, it also sports a fashionable, water-resistant grey-paint finish which makes for a modern, attractive appearance to suit any garden setting. This 6x6 fence panel is designed to allow a degree of natural light and airflow to filter between the slats into the garden, while still offering you excellent privacy and security. You'll find it works exceptionally well in a variety of settings, including as an effective partition within the garden, a dividing screen and a main fence run. All of the wood is PEFC©-certified, so you can rest assured that it is only sourced from sustainable, well-managed forests. Prior to the factory spray paint finish, it has been dip-treated in a quality wood preservative to guard against rot. We recommend repainting this fence panel after 3 years, in order to maintain its beautiful appearance and validate the 10 year anti-rot guarantee. Advice on mounting Forest Garden Double Slatted Fence Panels: Slot the fence panels into wooden or concrete H-slot fence posts. OR pre-drill the frame at the top, middle and bottom. Mount the panels to the front of the posts and screw through into the posts. The posts will then sit behind the panels and give the impression of an unbroken fence run. OR for conventional fitting, U-brackets (FXU25) can be used instead of pre-drilling and screws.
